On the iconic destination of Lake Como, La Corte Fiorita Foresteria, offers 7 comfortable and spacious guest rooms, including 1 studio equipped with kitchen facilities and charming outside patio.

All rooms have been recently refurbished keeping the typical italian charm and stone on the walls, offering free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities.

 These rooms to rent (or so called "Foresteria" in Italy)  are situated in the old part of Borgo Vico street - a typical Italian charming street, with many places to eat lunch and dinner, have a cofee with sweets or scoll around in the small stores. 

The building of our Foresteria is  within 5 min walking distance from the Como city center and its old town, 5 minutes from the shores of the lake, the same from the water aeroplane hangar, the same from San Giovanni train station. A very comfortable position to reach all points of interest and arrive to us smoothly to us.

 

La Corte Fiorita Foresteria is a room rental but is managed by the nearby (30 meters) Hotel Borgovico. You can benefit facilities that a hotel accomodation offers - everyday cleaning service, drinks in the hotel lobby and outside patio, reception services,  from the welcoming staff of Hotel Borgovico. (*Please note, that this service is offered from the period March-November).
